Sanctity of Life
Why don’t you choose life?
A life is not a choice
Killing those with no voice
Close your eyes to morality
Open your arms to atrocity
Don't turn your back
supporting free murder
Killing the helpless,
unprotected and ignored
You made your choice
when you laid down
Responsibility's at hand
Death is not yours to choose
Abandon your selfish ways
The right to choose is at hand
Why must the child lose?
I thank you mother
For giving me this life
The greatest gift of all
Point of conception to natural death
Life is to be cherished, every last breath
Hedonistic ideals have
brought you to shame
Human life's a game
Once considered sacrosanct
Is no longer revered
1/3 of our generation
Never had a chance
I thank you mother
For giving me this life
The greatest gift of all
I thank you father
for giving of your life
to share it with me
It may be your body,
but you don’t have the right
It may be your body,
please don’t take this life
Why don’t you choose life?
