The mission of angelus.tuus Design Ministry is to serve, through market-savvy design, those who are working in the new evangelization.

angelus: Latin, meaning "angel," God's messenger. Pronunciate: AHN-jeh-loose
tuus: Latin, meaning "your." Pronunciate: TOO-oos
"angelus.tuus" is an homage to the signature of Pope John Paul II, who wrote "totus tuus" (totally yours) for the Blessed Mother with his name.

.history
angelus.tuus began in the summer of 2005 with an interest to help promote Catholic musicians via CatholicSound.com, a once-driving force behind the newly-blossoming Catholic music industry. Catholic Sound was begun by Marco Velasquez, mastermind behind Prolific Design. It closed in January of 2006, but its reverberations continue to affect this and other ministries.

As I began designing banners and wallpaper for Catholic Sound, I found that this was a calling. Now, after working with several artists on varied projects, angelus.tuus is a strong ministry that will continue to help promote Catholic music and its message to the world through excellent design.
